I seem to be on a kick, a kick for some damn good cinnamon rolls.
Every so often I get cravings for certain foods and that is pretty much all I want to eat. It has varied from brussels sprouts to cranberry chocolate bars.
I am like a pregnant woman, but just without the pregnancy and just the strange cravings.
Recently, I have been all about cinnamon rolls. These Vegan Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls are just the latest of my imagination.
I mean just close your eyes for a moment and picture warm chocolatey dough swirled with cinnamon-sugar fresh out the oven.
God damn.
Let's get right into this divine recipe, shall we?
What you should know about these Vegan Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls recipe:
It is 100% Vegan (aka there is zero dairy, egg, or any animal product in here)
Super sweet & quick. Time is so essential, so I wanted to make this easy vegan dessert as quick as possible. Seriously, you can make this in less than two hours.
Soy FREE. If you are like me and soy just isn't your #pal, well you are in luck because you don't need any vegan butter or soy substitutes for this.
See all these wins? I think I am gonna have to start playing Nicki Minaj's "Win Again" in the background.
-cuz I win again, win again-
Some Final Thoughts & Tips:
Refined Sugar-Free Option: Don't want to use refined sugar? No problem! Substitute out coconut sugar for the brown sugar.
On Storing: Store your leftover rolls either in your fridge or on the counter covered for up to one week. Psst... they are best right away!
Don't have Pumpkin Pie Spice? I got you covered! You can either make your own OR just use cinnamon. I mean they are cinnamon rolls after all ;)
