This vegan & simple BBQ Pulled Jackfruit is packed with flavor. Imagine, shredded Jackfruit simmered in a tangy chili-seasoned barbecue sauce and served on a toasted bun. Um, YUM! If you have never tried jackfruit before I recommend adding it to your food bucket list. It tastes so similar to meat when prepared it is a bit crazy, and made my meat eating family members shocked.
