If you didn't know, I used to work at Dairy Queen, and ice cream cakes were kinda my thing. It was probably the most fun & creative part of the job and creating this recipe was pretty reminiscent of those days of creating blizzard cakes, but this time with ones I can actually eat.
So my cake-making skills have transferred over to this ah-mazing Caramel Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake.
