Summer is almost over, but the good times, or should l say sweet times are still here. These Cherry Fudge Popsicles are the perfect cure for the end of summer blues.
As a kid, my family had a cherry tree. Even though it really only grew cherries once, it was still a fun thing to get excited over as a kid. With fresh cherries from the store or from our sad little cherry tree, we were able to make fresh jam that topped some vanilla bean ice cream. Luckily, that memory has been revived with this recipe.
These quick, tasty, and chocolaty ice cream bars are the perfect summer dessert for kids. This easy to make recipe requires only 4 ingredients, are downright delicious, and are so good you will be questioning why you didn't think of making these earlier! I mean who doesn't love easy vegan desserts, right?
Anyways, these popsicles feature Hudsonville's Dairy Free Cherry Fudge Ice Cream that is swirled with chocolate ice cream and drizzled with dark chocolate. Rich, Creamy, and Smooth.

It truly is one of my favorite non-dairy ice creams that I have tried and so I am so glad to be partnering with them for this homemade Cherry Fudge Popsicles recipe! They are Midwest creamery located in Michigan! If you live in the Midwest, you can find them exclusively at Meijer stores (click here to find a location closest to you)! If you are curious to learn more about their brand or their Dairy Free Ice Cream flavors, you can find out more about them HERE.
Some Final Thoughts & Tips:
Additions: If you want to add a fun twist, feel free to add in some freshly chopped cherries to the Popsicle molds.
Popsicle Molds: I recently purchased a silicone-based mold and I PREFER it heavily over the traditional hard plastic. It is much easier to remove the popsicles and you can get some cute designs! This is the one I have, but any will work.
On Freezing: Store your popsicles on a flat, even surface in your freezer so they don’t get lopsided and strange looking. You can get away with enjoying these tasty treats in as little as 3 hours, but if you can leave them in the freezer longer or overnight too!
