ALL ABOARD THE BEST VEGAN DESSERT TRAIN!
CHOO CHOO.
I'll work on the name, but for now, I am serving up some serious, delicious, easy vegan dessert recipes that are perfect for the holidays. You know, the time where you meet with relatives and stare at your non-existent watch wondering when it is time to go home.
If you can't tell, holidays are not the most glorious or wonderful time of the year for me. I just simply don't enjoy it, but I do enjoy the tasty food that comes with it.
This Classic Vegan Apple Pie is no exception. This homemade apple pie is made with a flaky pie crust layered with cinnamon sugar glazed apples. All you need are 8 simple ingredients and one hour to get creating this easy vegan dessert!

Alright, so why is this Classic Vegan Apple Pie the best?
Dairy-Free + Egg Free. Most pies are made with dairy. You know the ole butter to make that fluffy crust and sweet filling, but luckily this recipe is made with neither so you can be living your best vegan life *cue hair flip*
Simple. All you need are 8 basic ingredients for this. Yep, that is it.
Rich flavors. Something about cinnamon-sugar and apples just has perfection written all over it.
Some Final Thoughts & Tips:
Additions: You can add different spices to the mix, like nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
How much does this make? This makes one beautiful pie. If you're like, yo I wanna be extra you can make mini pies haha.
Coconut Oil instead of vegan butter? You can certainly try, the end result may slightly differ and you may need more or less water.
