Classic Vegan Stuffing

It is that time of year again. You know, attending holiday parties, eating all the damn good food you can find.

When you are vegan or have dietary restrictions, this time of year can be a bit annoying and a bit of a hassle.

Anyone else make 9 dishes just for themselves for holiday parties?

Cuz I sure as hell have (and still do) and it was pretty dang good too if I do say so myself.

So I am here to take the hassle out of holiday gatherings and give you this easy vegan side dish recipe that is not only a classic but doesn't contain any weird animal parts #yourwelcome.

This Vegan Classic Stuffing is a traditional American recipe that includes toasted bread, zesty celery, onions, and other spices like thyme & rosemary.

Classic Vegan Stuffing

Alright, so why is this Classic Vegan Stuffing recipe the best?

  1. No animal products. A lot of traditional stuffing recipes have lil bits of turkey in it that always made me want to gag as a child, so I steered clear of stuffing. Luckily for you, this one has zero of that, but all the damn good taste.

  2. Simple. All you need are just a few basic ingredients for this. Yep, that is it.

  3. Rich flavors. Thyme + Rosemary + Salt: Your tastebuds heaven.

  1. Vegan Lentil Loaf (Don't worry you won't heading to mush city with this recipe)

  2. Gluten-Free Drop Biscuits (seriously the best!)

  3. Creamy Vegan Pumpkin Pie Bars
