It's all in the design: Want to switch it up? No problem! You can layer the cookie & brownie mixture any way you want. Roll it, swirl it, layer it. You can even make these into cookies if you want. If you don't want to use a skillet or don't have access to one, (P..S. THIS is the skillet I used), you can place it into a baking dish!
Variations & Additions: If you want to add in some other flavors, DO IT. Need ideas for what to add in, try any nuts, seeds, or dried fruit. I'd recommend some cranberries or cherries.
Store it: Store your leftover brookie in an airtight container for up to one week, maybe a week and half tops.
