I am so excited to share with you this Homemade Vegan Cinnamon Rolls recipe! Since I was a little kid, I loved making cinnamon rolls. Often they were the store bought version, which we just have to admit are real good, but are full of real nasty ingredients. Yikes.
Over the years I have tried making them from mix and homemade and have never found a recipe that knocked my socks off. So, like with all things, I decided I had to create my own.
These Homemade Vegan Cinnamon Rolls are a gooey delicious treat that is layered with an unbeatable cinnamon sugar swirl. This recipe requires only 7 SIMPLE ingredients, is easy to make, and is worth the time!

These easy cinnamon rolls are perfect for beginner bakers because this recipe requires only one rise. Each cinnamon roll is extra soft with the most delicious cinnamon swirl! This classic cinnamon roll recipe makes fluffy, soft treats topped with a sugary sweet glaze.
Some Final Thoughts & Tips:
Variations: If you want to add in other spices, you can try adding in nutmeg, cardamom, or cloves. You can even add in raisins if you are feeling like it.
Freezer Option: Don't want to make these right away? After you are done cutting the cinnamon rolls into pieces, place them onto a lined baking sheet and freeze until hardened. Then store in a bag or an airtight container in the freezer until you are ready to make them. When you are, let them rise & then bake!
