Chocolate Almond Butter

At some point in time we have likely all had Nutella or have heard of it. Frankly, I miss that smooth, sugary chocolate spread. So naturally, as I always do, I decided to whip up my own version of it. The original nutella uses hazelnuts, but I had roasted almonds at home that were asking to be used. This Chocolate Almond Butter version is naturally sweetened with dates and uses cacao powder. I will warn you ahead of time, but this takes about 20 minutes to make. So prepare your blender and your many questions like, "Is it done yet?!" This dreamy Chocolate Almond Butter is worth the effort because it is decadently rich and perfectly chocolatey.

This Chocolate Almond Butter is:

  • Chocolatey

  • Smooth

  • Creamy

  • Rich

I don't know about you, but I love to dip apples in this. It tastes like a sweet dream.
