These homemade Clif Bars are soy-free. If you are like me, soy is a big no no. The day after I eat it, my skin goes "What is going on?" That is why, I have avoided Clif bars in the past, but now this simple recipe has saved the day!
Luckily for me, this recipe has been one of my easiest to make and SO good.

So let's press pause for a moment on these tasty bars and let's get HONEST. Honest with ourselves, our intentions, our goals. ⠀ ⠀ What is it we really want? Crave, desire? Whether that is for ourselves, our community, or the collective.⠀ ⠀ When you ask yourself these questions, you open the door to more:
Information
Clarity
& Action
It is easy to numb these questions by avoiding the news, working overtime, TV, social, media, food, ... I think you get the point. (I do all these things lol)⠀ ⠀ Why? ⠀ Being honest is UNCOMFORTABLE. You are straight up facing your fears, pain, & shame, that have culminated. ⠀ ⠀ ACTION: Pick one area of your life you have been avoiding or want to improve. Journal & ask yourself the questions of What & Why (Emotions, Feelings, etc, why you're avoiding this). Then create steps that you can implement in your life to begin SHIFTING out of old patterns.⠀ ⠀ Change isn't overnight, it is a culmination of all your practices that gradually occurs in its own natural rhythm. When you begin to ask these questions and looking deep within, that is when the door for change unlocks and where the new YOU begins. ⠀ ⠀ Where in your life do you need to be more honest?
