The last time I had Jamaican food was probably when I was a child,but in the realm of wanting to try something new I headed to the Caribbean isles for inspiration. Alas this sweet, tangy, and spicy recipe came to life.

This recipe is mild in heat-wise, but you can easily turn up the heat by adjusting the spices to your liking.

Note: To add more heat you can experiment with adding in habanero pepper, increasing the cayenne pepper, or even adding sriracha.
