Pretzel Buns

Ditch the regular hamburger bun and switch it up with a delicious pretzel bun! These simple Pretzel Buns have a crispy salted brown crust, with a soft tender inside. These buns are great for sandwiches or as a dinner roll. When I was first introduced to the pretzel bun years ago, I wasn't impressed. I guess I should have known since it was a premade and packaged buns from a supermarket. I wasn't as well versed in the art of cooking then. Alas I decided I should try making my own. I'm glad I did, these Pretzel Buns require only 9 ingredients AND are incredibly easy to make!
