I have been in an ice cream mood lately. All thanks to the lovely warm weather that is finally happening here in the Midwest. Luckily for me, this recipe is:

These Homemade Snickers Ice Cream Bars are creamy frozen treats you can make at home with only 7 ingredients! This easy to make recipe is a rich and creamy peanut butter ice cream topped with a layer of peanut butter date caramel, crushed nuts, and then coated in a thick layer of chocolate.

Some Final Thoughts & Tips:
Peanut Butter Substitution: If you and peanut butter aren't close pals, you can swap it out with almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower seed butter!
Can I Skip the Dip? Don't feel like getting your hands dirty when dipping the bars? Don't worry you can completely skip this step AND just pour the chocolate over the peanut butter layer and freeze it! Then you don't have to do the tedious task of dipping.
On Freezing: When you are freezing the coconut milk portion, make sure to freeze it on an even surface to prevent unevenness!
