Don't worry there are no cashews or tofu in this recipe! This amazing slightly tart baked vegan cheesecake is made with a simple graham cracker crust! Plus, it is budget-friendly AND easy to prepare.

I will be 100% honest and transparent with you, it has a taste similar to traditional dairy cheesecake, but it has the texture of ice cream. Just letting you in advance!
