No need to head to the State Fair to get delicious Cream Puffs. Coconut Whipped Cream is filled inside a light, airy round pastry dough, and dusted with powdered sugar. Did I mention that this recipe is completely and entirely VEGAN. Yep. You read that right. VEGAN.
I wanted to make Vegan Cream Puffs since heading to State Fair and seeing the classic fair food recipe in front of me. While I was unable to indulge in the deliciousness that is a cream puff, I decided it would be my mission to recreate one. I went into recipe testing without knowing how difficult the process would be. Eight pastry doughs later, I finally nailed the taste, texture, and look. These Vegan Cream Puffs will knock your socks off and will remind you of getting a box of them at the State Fair.

This homemade cream puff recipe was a journey, but it was entirely worth it. I will luckily have this recipe for the rest of my life. After testing various methods, this one is the BEST.
