Seriously, I can't believe we are at the END of the year. Say whhhaaaaattt?? ⠀ ⠀ In that time so much has shifted for me both internally and well externally.⠀ ⠀ This year has been one of transformation... and trust me when I say I was resembling Kim K's crying face for 75% of it.⠀ ⠀ Inner work is tough but essential and for the past month I have been getting the message to get still, specifically "In the stillness is where the magic lies,"💥⠀ ⠀ It kept ringing over and over and over and over until my head like an annoying alarm clock and I just kept hitting snooze. ⠀ ⠀ Until this weekend when I gave in and sank into stillness. Deleting my IG for the weekend and got really clear and faced all the things I was resisting.⠀ ⠀

  2. Super sweet & quick. Time is so essential, so I wanted to make this easy vegan dessert as quick as possible. Seriously, you can make this in under an hour.

  • Refined Sugar-Free Option: Don't want to use refined sugar? No problem! Substitute out coconut sugar for the brown sugar.

  • On Storing: Store your leftover cakes in an airtight container for 2-3 days.

  • Coconut Oil instead of Vegan Butter? Answer: hell to the yeah! You may just need more or less liquid in the recipe.
