Summer is SERVED with this satisfying Vegan S'mores Ice Cream!
I mean can you really say you had a great summer without even mentioning S'MORES? I think not. Who doesn't love:
Marshmallows
Chocolate
& Graham Crackers
It is an iconic triad I am here for. Last summer, I attempted making this, but this time I UPLEVELED the recipe and instead of using just graham crackers, I used a graham base. Which is comprised of sugar, crushed graham crackers, coconut oil, and salt. It enhances the overall flavor and trust me when I say you may skip making the rest of the ice cream.
This homemade S'mores Chocolate Ice Cream recipe is:

Pause the train because it is time for our spiritual pit stop.
I hate to break it you, but there will be times in your life where you sad, crying on the floor in a complete breakdown. Other times, you will be happy, introverted, outgoing, or spontaneous.
Our lives are not this cohesive mass of one feeling or one state of being. It is in a constant flow moving from one state to the next.
One is not better than the other.
We go through these phases to evolve, to move into higher states of being. They are simply here to teach us and learn.
I highly doubt you are the same person as you were when you were 5, 16, or even a few months ago. I can greatly say, I am not even the same person as I was one month ago. In that time, I have expanded, stepped more into my self-worth and authenticity. Moving with the ebbs and flows that occur daily.
Whichever state you are in right now, it's perfect. Perfectly imperfect. Take in the lessons. Ask what is this here to teach me, or simply enjoy (or try to) where you are.
