Pop. Pop. POPCORN. I hope you read that in a fun fashion, because today we are making Vegan Salted Caramel Popcorn.
Where I work, there is a new popcorn machine that has been installed. You get new aromas of caramel, cheese, and butter popcorn all mixed together, and I was inspired to make my own version of caramel corn. This version cuts out the junk, by eliminating
Refined Sugar
& Butter
I made the recipe about 4 days in a row even teaching my siblings how to make it and they seem to enjoy it just as much as I do.

This easy Vegan Salted Caramel Popcorn is an addictive dessert that requires only 7 ingredients! Popcorn is coated with coconut sugar caramel then baked for a sweet & crunchy treat.

This Vegan Salted Caramel Popcorn Recipe is:
Salty
Sweet
SO GOOD
This quick caramel corn recipe is better than the old baseball game's version and is easy to make, tastes better than the original, and only requires a few simple ingredients.
If coconut sugar isn't for you, you can substitute it out with brown sugar or any other granulated sugar of your choice!

Make sure to check out this video below to learn how to make it!
