Vegetable Garden Soup

I have officially dethroned my dad as King of the Soups. Why? How? You may ask. Since the garden this year is quite bountiful I decided to use that to my benefit and create a soup. Low and behold this Vegetable Garden Soup was created, and honestly is one of my favorites lately. Especially since I live in the Midwest and it has been 70's and rainy which to me is cold and signals Fall-like recipes. The soup is incredibly flavorful, nutritious, and hella delicious. Yes, I just said hella. This will definitely become a staple for you as it has for me (I've made 3 times in the past week).
