Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

These vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are soft and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. This recipe requires only 5 simple ingredients, is easy to make, and packs the HEAT! Dip these bad boys in some Vegan Tahini Ranch for the best side dish experience of your life.


Okay that was a bit of an exaggeration, but this recipe is a great substitution for the ole chicken version and can be made gluten-free.


In the craze of cauliflower wings a few years ago I decided I would jump on that bandwagon and try them. The first time I made cauliflower wings, I was shocked. Mainly because the house was so hot because of the high temperature exuding from the oven & it was summertime (not my smartest move), BUT ultimately because these veggie wings tasted so good.


Even my family agreed.


Shocker.


So in honor of those precious roasted cauliflower florets, I created this simple recipe!

  • Gluten-Free Option

I love that this recipe only requires minimal ingredients because it makes clean up easier, creating it easier, and indulging in it more pleasurable. Just me?

Some Final Thoughts & Tips:

  • Gluten-Free? You can substitute any All-Purpose Gluten-Free Blend for the regular flour. I've done this many times and it works perfectly!

  • How to Store: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week! P.S. You can make wraps with any leftovers and it's heavenly.

  • You got any Vegan Ranch? Yes, yes I do. This creamy, garlicky Tahini Ranch Dressing is a perfect dip for these buffalo wings!
