Deviled Potato Skins

Deviled Potato Skins are becoming a new classic and one of my favorite hors d'oeuvres to serve. Taking a spin on traditional deviled eggs, these tots are a crowd-pleasing party snack. With a creamy & zesty filling, this recipe will get your party started in about 30 minutes!

Before making the potatoes, I cooked the potatoes in the microwave to cut on time, and it turned out perfectly!

Fun fact: did you know that deviled eggs are dated back to the Roman era?! Looks like these deviled potatoes are going to have to take its place. Sorry, but not sorry.
