Also, for our spiritual pit stop, I want to remind you to F L O W W I T H I T. Don't try to force anything during this time. A lot of emotions are being brought up and how you choose to engage with them are pivotal to your own growth. When this happens sometimes you just have to ride the wave and go with the flow. Look at the triggers that are coming up and reflect what it means and give yourself some extra self-care & time alone. AND... our pit stop is over. See ya next time ;)
Some Final Thoughts & Tips:
No Food Processor, No Problem: If you don't have a food processor, no worries you can just mince everything aka cut it into very small portions. You can also use a blender and just pulse it for 10 - 20 seconds.
Variations: Want to switch it up? If you want to add in more heat, just at 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Want to add some sweetness, add in 1/2 cup of red pepper. Of course, you can add in some cilantro if you want, but it honestly doesn't need it.
Store it: Store your leftover salsa in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week, maybe a week and half tops.
