What's for dinner tonight? Chinese? You may ask. The answer is an astounding yes! Since I have been refraining from eating soy, that means no mock meats or soy sauce to settle these cravings. Instead, I made this orange sauce that is quite similar to the traditional, just minus the soy. These tender on the inside, crispy on the outside, bite-sized Orange Cauliflower "Chicken" are breaded cauliflower florets baked, then coated in a citrusy, tangy orange sauce.
Note: If your body tolerate soy, you can replace the molasses, salt, and allspice with one tablespoon of soy sauce or tamari!
This recipe is:
Easy
Citrusy
Healthy
Soy-Free
Delicious
Why get takeout tonight when you can make this restaurant style Orange Cauliflower 'Chicken' instead... Just saying.
