This pizza is layered with spicy and smoky BBQ Jackfruit, spinach, onion, mushrooms, and bell peppers for the ultimate homemade dairy-free pizza.

What makes this pizza even better is that it is completely soy-free. If you are like me and have to avoid soy, I have you covered. This pizza is made instead with shredded jackfruit and seasoned to perfection.
For our spiritual pit stop, I wanted to share something I wrote when I was going through depression:
She was an angel guised in shades of blue. A face made of Stone. Yet her tongue was callous, lashing its intrepid humor onto those alongside. Her eyes wore a cloak of gray. Reflecting in fragments of dust. I talk about inner healing work a lot because it is the true way to be able to fully show up in this world. To look at where in your life you are feeling hurt, judged, being brought down, or bringing others down. How we interact with others is a indicator of how we interact and care for ourselves.
When we uncover the dust that lingers over our bodies, digging deep into the mind and body, light is able to shine through. Instead trying to pull, resist, what if you were to surrender and flow? Obviously it can be easier said than done, but what if you tried for 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week?
If you are feeling stuck, lost, in pain, hurt, honor these emotions and feeling rather than run away into the arms of a kryptonite. You are powerful, yet you are no one. Honor that.
